This simplistic combo will help you understand the basics of a powermove transition between two movements, the flare and the windmill. Almost all dancers, professional or beginner, use them.
These movements are very useful when you want to catch your breath to get back into the high phase or to give yourself time in the combo to think about what to throw last.
Useful in the event of a fall, to be able to start again effectively on other movements.
The learning curve is pretty good, in 1 month with training you can succeed.
